If your vehicle was impounded by one of the following police departments you will need to contact that police department and retrieve a vehicle release form from them. You must provide us with that vehicle release form before you are able to access your vehicle.

The date and approximate time is also very helpful in tracking down whether or not we have your vehicle in our inventory.
Which police agency was on scene?
Many times we can track your vehicle down easier if we know which police department was on scene and called for towing service.
Registered Owner
Only the registered owner may retrieve their vehicle from our lots unless you have a vehicle release form from the proper police department.
